I am a painter looking to sublet one of my studio rooms on a short term basis, 2-3 months duration. Can be used for art, office, photography, etc. The room is one of three seperate rooms in the entire space. Has its own sink that you would share with me. Other features in the space include, kitchen, seperate shower, and seperate toilet. The space has its own entrance and is very bright.
