Every Wild Women is going to be very different, facilitated by different women and with various topics and experiences. On this specific day, we will first open our hearts with the medicine of cacao and from there open ourselves up to all our beautiful and powerful emotions, like rage, sadness, ecstasy, lust, joy…whatever wants to arise. We will dive deep into the mystery of our wilderness, welcoming all of our feminine expressions and archetypes. To center ourselves after this journey and nourish our nervous system, we will receive a beautiful sound healing journey with Himalayan singing bowls. What’s a Cacao Ceremony? A cacao ceremony is an invitation to experience the heart opening magic of Cacao and to enjoy the beauty of the present moment. Cacao is a powerful teacher plant, yet a very gentle medicine. When consumed with the right intention, in ceremony, and with reverence, brings clarity and deeper connection to ourselves. It is a heart medicine in every sense, since it improves cardiovascular health due to its vasodilating properties.
