This course is for professional dancers, dance pedagogues and dance students. In the classes we will go through dance technical problems, pain symptoms and muscular dysbalances. Therefore you will learn dance specific exersises to improve your strength, stability and coordination - combined with small equipment to be able to continue with the exercises in your daily routine and teaching. You will get an Anamnesis sheet before the course start to also integrate your individual informations in the classes.
